inspiraHike Takes Mindfulness To The Next Level

Established in Lone Tree, Colorado in 2022, inspiraHike has created several hikes that are coupled with perfectly choreographed music and guided inspirational commentary to match the landscape, pace, and mood of that journey. The music and guided commentary is heard through state-of-the-art wireless headphones. Everything that happens is live and is facilitated by a hike leader making each individual hike unique. The group hears everything at the same time which helps to create a transformational experience where you can be alone with your personal thoughts, but feel a part of something bigger while sharing the experience with the community of other hikers. It’s the perfect way to invest in your team’s mental health and wellbeing.

How Does 75 Minutes Of Tranquility Sound?

Part of the allure of inspiraHike is that all participants remain silent throughout the entirety of the hike. This adds to the overall experience and gives everyone a true sense of peace and quiet from their day-to-day routine. The hike itself is traditionally an easy/moderately paced hike and can be enjoyed by all skill levels.

inspiraHike Gives Back To The Animals

Nothing can help enrich our everyday lives like having a furry friend by our side. One of the founding principles of inspiraHike is helping animals by partnering with organizations that support them. 5% of all sales from inspiraHike go directly to PawsCO which helps rescue dogs and cats in the Denver area.

About The Founder

Adam Passarelli founded inspiraHike because he was searching for a way to bring peace, relaxation, and mindfulness to others. What he found was this concept where he could give back to his community and the people in it while at the same time incorporate one of his great passions, the outdoors . He is a core believer in servant leadership where giving back is of top importance. Prior to founding the company, Adam spent 15 years working for several popular consumer brands including one of the largest health and wellness companies in America, WellBiz Brands. He’s the proud parent of two young kids, Hazel and James, and husband to Sarah. He also has been lucky enough to raise two great rescue dogs, Siena and Bergen. Adam has resided in Colorado since 2011; growing up in the great state of Indiana, he’s a proud Midwesterner also.

Hike Leader

When Wendy McDonald came out on a winter inspiraHike in December of 2022, she knew immediately she wanted to be involved in this great venture. Connecting and making a positive impact on the lives of others is a driving force behind everything that Wendy does.

Wendy is a native of the mountains of SW Virginia and has been in Colorado since 2020. In addition to her long career in banking, she has been involved in health and wellness since 1991. Wendy spent 26 years with the YMCA as a professional group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She has spent the last few years in the local Denver area as a coach for a small gym, and as a certified stretch practitioner. Wendy holds a certification in small group leadership through BTSR; has served as a Chaplain for the Grand Junction Police Department and volunteered as a Disaster Services and CPR instructor for several years. Wendy lives in Colorado with her terrific husband, Joe and her two rescue pups, Obadiah and Abigail. She is blessed by her wonderful son, Seth, and her amazing daughter-in-love, Samantha. The sun rises and sets on her beautiful granddaughter, Charlotte, and she cherishes her visits to South Carolina to spend time with them all.

Wendy loves being outdoors. She enjoys going to Farmers’ Markets, jeep rides, people-watching, moderate hikes and time spent with her family and friends.
